Delete your AlertFlip account

In the app (fastest)
Open AlertFlip › Settings › Delete account › Delete my account. It happens straight away. If you’re stuck on the phone-number step, the Delete account link is at the bottom of that screen.
By email
Can’t open the app? Email support@alertflip.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We check it’s you, then delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email, phone number and sign-in details
- Your searches and every alert they found
- Your inventory, profit records and saved listings
- Your posts, comments, likes and follows, the reports you made and the people you blocked
- Every photo you uploaded
- Your subscription record with our payments provider
What is kept
- Reports other people made about your posts or comments: deleted 12 months after they were made.
- Emails you sent to support: kept for up to 12 months.
- Sign-in and security logs our providers keep for a limited time.
- Copies in our backups, removed within 30 days.
- Apple or Google keep their own records of your purchases, under their own policies.
Have a plan? Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you’ll keep being charged.
