Which marketplaces does AlertFlip watch?
Facebook Marketplace, eBay and Gumtree today, with more on the way. A search can run across all of them at once, and you choose which ones apply to each search. Starter watches one marketplace and Trader two; Sniper and above watch all three.
How fast are the alerts?
It depends on the plan. Starter checks every 5 minutes, Trader every 3. Sniper, Expert and Dealer get instant alerts the moment a listing is indexed.
What counts as one search?
One set of models (or one keyword) with its own prices, radius and marketplaces. Twelve iPhone models under your prices within 25 miles is still one search.
Can I filter by exact model instead of keywords?
Yes. Phones, consoles and electronics go brand → model → your own min and max per model, so “iPhone” never brings back cases and chargers. Cars go make → model → year, mileage, transmission, fuel and body. Anything else, search it with a keyword.
What does the profit tracker do?
Every item you buy gets logged: what you paid, what you listed it for, how long it sat and what it sold for. You see real margin per item and per month instead of guessing from a spreadsheet.
Do I need the app?
Yes. AlertFlip is an iPhone and Android app: alerts are push notifications, which is the whole point. Pick a plan here, then start your free trial inside the app.
Where do the target prices come from?
From you. When you build a search you set a min and max per model. That max is the target every alert is measured against, and the tracker then compares it to what you actually sold for.
Where does it work?
AlertFlip is built in the UK and works wherever its marketplaces do: eBay in the UK, the US and most of Europe, Facebook Marketplace anywhere it runs, and Gumtree in the UK. Your search radius is set from your own location, and you can show prices in £, $ or €.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next renewal. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; nothing is charged until the 7-day trial ends.
Is there a free trial?
Seven days on any plan for new members, with full access, and you can cancel anytime. You pick the plan up front so the trial runs at the speed and search count you will actually use.
